A private nine acre property of unspoiled land, hides our seven stone villas amongst olive trees, lavender and thyme, on a slope right above the sea. The villas bear the Greek names of the herbs and trees that surround them and all command majestic views of the Bay of Milos and its magnificent sunset, one of the most beautiful in the Cyclades.

Skinopi is a marvel. The lodge rests on a ridge overlooking the tiny village for which it is named, a sea the color of a jewel, and the other side of the crescent-shaped isle of Milos. Nausika has chosen an enchanted location for her lodge, and her thoughtful design and warm hospitality is every bit its equal. Every evening we sat on the edge of the ridge watching as the sun set over the sea and behind the islands. There can be no “if you go” in a review of Skinopi. There is only “go.” Or, “go now.”
